Margaret Atwood, author of The Handmaid’s Tale, is publishing a sequel to the widely popular novel. Her new book, titled The Testaments, will discuss the world 15 years after The Handmaid’s Tale left off. Her new book will deviate from the previous novel in that it will be narrated by three new female voices. The Testaments will be released on September 10, 2019. Similarly, the third season of Hulu’s series, The Handmaid’s Tale, will air on June 5, 2019. The television series will deviate from Atwood’s own work, exploring Offred’s adventures as she continues to rebel against Gilead.
